Terms of Service
The terms for using TalkGo during early access.

Service and operator
TalkGo is customer-engagement software operated by AIKONICCREATIONS & INKWAVE CUSTOMIZEDPRODUCTS & DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, a Philippine sole proprietorship. Aiko Mercado Kitane is its proprietor and legal representative. These terms apply to use of TalkGo at https://talkgo.now and its supported applications. Contact support@talkgo.now. Any signed agreement remains subject to its own precedence provisions.
Accounts and authorized use
Use TalkGo only for a business and connected accounts you are authorized to operate. You must have the legal capacity and authority required for that use. Keep authentication secure, assign appropriate staff access and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not share access with unauthorized people.
Acceptable use and business responsibility
Businesses are responsible for their customer notices, lawful collection and use of information, content accuracy, staff authorization and configured actions. Do not impersonate people, probe other tenants, bypass safeguards, transmit malicious material, infringe rights or use TalkGo unlawfully. Do not place credentials in customer conversations.
AI and automation
AI-generated information may be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses must review consequential decisions and ensure configured automation is appropriate. Model proposals do not independently authorize actions: application policies, available capabilities, approvals and human-control state determine execution. Unsupported requests may be declined or handed to staff. AI output is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment where that is required.
Third-party integrations
Connected providers have their own terms, permissions, availability and approval requirements. Authorization is specific to the connected account and capability. TalkGo does not guarantee provider access or transfer one merchant’s authorization to another. Only supported, authorized capabilities may be used. A provider’s presence in a setup screen does not establish that it is available or approved for your account.
Content and intellectual property
Businesses and their licensors retain rights to their content. You authorize TalkGo to process that content as necessary to operate and support the service you authorize, subject to applicable law and agreements. TalkGo software and branding remain with their respective rights holders. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of either party’s content or intellectual property.
Confidentiality and data handling
Protect non-public account and business information and restrict access to authorized service use. Our Privacy Policy and any applicable signed data-processing agreement describe data handling. Disconnection differs from historical data deletion. Export and deletion requests use supported processes and remain subject to tenant authority and lawful holds; immediate or universal deletion is not promised.
Early access and fees
TalkGo is in early access. Pro is currently complimentary by default. Self-service billing and Production charging are disabled. Complimentary access remains subject to configured usage limits. Future paid services require clear pricing and terms and explicit acceptance before conversion; current complimentary access does not create an automatic paid subscription. Separately signed agreements remain subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes to the service
Features may change, be limited, paused or unavailable during early access. Third-party outages or restrictions may affect the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, 24/7 support or an uptime or response-time service level under these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risk, provider restrictions or loss of authorization. You may stop using TalkGo and request account or business closure through support@talkgo.now. Data requests and applicable holds must be handled through the supported lifecycle; stopping use does not itself erase all records.
Disclaimers and liability
The early-access, AI and third-party limitations described here apply to use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not set a monetary liability cap, indemnity obligation or exclusive dispute forum. Applicable law and any valid signed agreement govern matters not addressed here.
Changes and contact
These terms are effective September 7, 2026. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel and updated terms will carry their effective date. Questions may be sent to support@talkgo.now.
